How do I enable PS5 Parental Controls for screen time and purchases?

I’m facing issues with limiting play hours and disabling game purchases on PS5. If anyone has successfully configured these settings, please share steps or recommendations.

This is done in the PS5 in the Settings, Family and Parental Controls and Family Management. Log In as the family manager, choose the account of a child and edit Playtime Settings to change the screen time limits. Impose a Monthly Spending Limit to regulate spending in the PlayStation Store.
