To remove parental controls on Windows, you’ll need access to the parent or administrator account. If controls were set using Microsoft Family Safety, sign in to the parent account at family.microsoft.com, select the child’s profile, and turn off activity reporting or remove screen time/app limits. On the PC, you can also go to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users, select the child account, and choose Remove (admin rights required). Without the parent or admin password, parental controls cannot be disabled.
