To set up Parental Controls on iPhone, go to Settings → Screen Time and tap Turn On Screen Time. Choose This is My Child’s iPhone, set a Screen Time passcode, and configure Downtime, App Limits, Communication Limits, and Content & Privacy Restrictions to control apps, purchases, websites, and screen usage.
Select Screen Time in Settings and make a tap on Turn On Screen Time. Select This is My iPhone or My Childs iPhone then make a Screen Time Passcode to limit apps, content and privacy settings under Content and Privacy Restrictions.
