How to set up Snapchat Parental Controls?

In order to establish Snapchat Family Center:
  1. Go to your account Open Settings (gear icon).
  2. Tap Privacy Controls and Family Center.
  3. Go find the username of your teen and send him an invitation.
  4. Your adolescent has to take the invitation of their chat.

To set up Snapchat parental controls, enable Family Center in the Snapchat app, invite your teen’s account, and have them accept. Once connected, you can see who they interact with and manage safety settings. Adjust privacy, block settings, and guide usage habits to help keep your child safer on Snapchat.

To set up parental controls on Snapchat, use the Family Center feature:
  1. Open Snapchat and go to Settings
  2. Tap Family Center
  3. Invite your teen and link accounts
  4. You can view friends list, activity, and safety settings

You can set up Snapchat parental controls through Family Center. On your child’s Snapchat app, go to their profile > Settings > Family Center, then invite your parent account (or vice versa from your account). Once linked, you can see who your teen has been chatting with (not message content), report safety concerns, and adjust privacy settings together. I’d also recommend checking things like Who Can Contact Me and Location Sharing (Snap Map) for extra peace of mind.
