How to turn off restrictions on Instagram?

My child is now over 18 years old. How do I turn off the restriction on Instagram?

To turn off restrictions on Instagram, open the app and go to your profile. Tap the three-line menu, select Settings and privacy, then Supervision or Restricted accounts. Remove any restricted users or disable parental supervision. You can also adjust Privacy and Comments settings to remove limits.

Once they’re 18, restrictions can be turned off easily. Just open Instagram → Settings & privacy → Supervision → Remove supervision (your child can do it themselves, or you can remove it from your linked account).
