My child’s Android phone is currently stuck in Safe Mode, and many apps are disabled. I’m not sure how it got activated, but I’d like to turn it off so the device works normally again. What are the steps parents can follow to disable Safe Mode on an Android phone?

To turn Safe Mode off on your child’s Android phone, simply restart the device. Press and hold the power button, then tap Restart or Reboot. If that doesn’t work, press and hold the power button, then tap and hold “Power Off” until the option to exit Safe Mode appears. After the phone restarts, it should return to normal mode.

To turn off Safe Mode on your child’s Android phone, press and hold the power button. Tap Restart if the option appears. If not, power the phone off completely, then turn it back on normally. Safe Mode usually disables third-party apps, so restarting exits it. If the phone stays in Safe Mode, check if a volume button is stuck while restarting.

To turn Safe Mode off on an Android phone, simply restart the device. Press and hold the power button, then tap Restart or turn the phone off and back on. If it stays in Safe Mode, check if any volume button is stuck, as that can sometimes keep the phone in Safe Mode.

To exit Safe Mode on an Android phone, restart the device: press and hold the Power button, then tap Restart. If it stays in Safe Mode, power off the phone and turn it back on. Check that the Volume Down button isn’t stuck, as it can trigger Safe Mode.
