How to change Restrictions on iPhone?

I want to understand how to change restrictions on iPhone, especially when it comes to screen time, app limits, or content settings. The options seem a bit confusing, and I’m not sure where all the restriction controls are located. Does changing restrictions require a passcode, and do the steps vary by iOS version? I’m looking for a simple explanation of how people usually adjust or update these restrictions without messing up other settings.

To change restrictions on an iPhone, go to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions. Enter your Screen Time passcode, then adjust app limits, content ratings, purchases, or privacy settings. You can turn restrictions on or off and customize what apps, websites, and features are allowed.

To change restrictions on an iPhone, go to Settings > Screen Time. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and enter your Screen Time passcode. From here, you can allow or block apps, set content ratings, manage purchases, and adjust privacy settings as needed.
