To disable iPhone restrictions, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, then toggle Off and enter the Screen Time passcode if prompted.
Easy go to Settings > Screen Time, enter the Screen Time passcode, and either tweak the restrictions or tap Turn Off Screen Time. If you’ve got the passcode, you’re good to go
