The iPhone has a feature of SafeSearch, which has to be turned on, so open the Google application, tap the profile icon and go to the setting where you will find the option of SafeSearch and enable it. To protect the entire system, navigate to Settings Screen Time Content and Privacy Restrictions Content Restrictions.
