How to repost on TikTok and share someone else’s video?

I’ve been seeing people repost videos on TikTok, but I’m not exactly sure how the repost feature works. I want to share a video with my followers without downloading and re-uploading it. Is there a built-in option to repost directly from the app? If so, where can I find it, and will the original creator still get credit? A simple explanation of how to repost on TikTok would really help.

To repost on TikTok, tap the Share (arrow) icon on a video and select Repost. This shares it with your followers without uploading it again. You can also download and re-upload content, but always credit the original creator.
