I’m using a Dell laptop and I’m not sure how to take a screenshot properly. I’ve tried a few keys, but nothing seems to work the way I expect. Can someone explain how to screenshot on Dell laptop step-by-step? I’d like to know different methods, like capturing the full screen or just a selected area. Also, where do the screenshots get saved by default?

To take a screenshot on a Dell laptop, press PrtScn to copy the full screen and paste it anywhere, or use Windows + PrtScn to save it automatically in the Screenshots folder. For capturing just one window, press Alt + PrtScn, and for selecting a specific area, use Windows + Shift + S, which opens the Snipping Tool.

To take a screenshot on a Dell laptop (Windows), you can use these easy methods: Press PrtSc (Print Screen) to capture the whole screen and paste it into Paint or Word using Ctrl + V. For a quicker save, press Windows + PrtSc, and the screenshot will be saved automatically in the Pictures → Screenshots folder. You can also press Alt + PrtSc to capture only the active window. If you want more control, use Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select the part of the screen you want.
