How to Stop Phone Addiction?

How to stop phone addiction in kids? I’ve noticed my child spending too much time on their phone, especially on games and social media. It’s starting to affect homework, sleep, and family time. I don’t want to completely take the phone away, but I do want to set healthy limits. What are some practical and realistic ways to reduce screen time for kids without causing constant arguments? Any tips, parental control suggestions, or daily routines that actually work would be appreciated.

To stop phone addiction, set daily screen time limits and disable non-essential notifications. Use built-in tools like Screen Time or Digital Wellbeing to monitor usage. Create phone-free zones, especially before bed, and replace scrolling with hobbies, exercise, or reading. Gradually reduce usage to build healthier, sustainable habits.
