Parental controls may be typically disabled via device, or Primary parental account dashboard; with an admin PIN or password, and may also have age restrictions, by platform.
You’ll need the parent/admin PIN first then just head into Settings > Parental Controls/Family, turn it off, and confirm. Once it’s disabled with the password, it stays off unless someone switches it back on
