Open Settings on your Android device, go to Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls, tap Dashboard, select Screen time, and turn it off or disable usage access for Digital Wellbeing to stop tracking.
To turn off Screen Time on an Android device, open Settings and tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls. Select Dashboard or Parental controls, then turn off app timers or disable parental supervision. You may need the parent PIN or Google account password to fully remove restrictions.
