My child’s iPhone goes into sleep mode at certain times, and I’d like to adjust or turn it off. Can someone explain how to turn off sleep mode on iPhone step by step? I want to make sure I manage it properly without affecting other parental control settings.

In order to disable the sleep mode on an iPhone, one needs to navigate to Settings -> Focus -> Sleep and switch off Sleep Schedule. It is also possible to change it from Health -> Sleep by switching off the sleep schedule.

To turn off sleep mode on your child’s iPhone, go to Settings > Focus > Sleep, and toggle off or adjust the sleep schedule.

On an iPhone, open the settings, tap Focus, and change to Sleep. Switch it or change the schedule. It can be also handled with the help of “Health app settings. In case Screen Time is turned on, make sure that restrictions are adjustable. Switching off Sleep Mode prevents silencing of notifications within designated times. Parents are advised to strike a balance between its disabling and enabling so that children can continue to adhere to a regular bedtime schedule to enjoy good health.

Open Settings on the iPhone, go to Focus, then Sleep, and turn it off. You can also disable Sleep Schedule in Health app under Sleep settings. Ensure Bedtime Mode is removed and Focus sharing is disabled for the child’s device.

To turn off Sleep Mode on an iPhone, go to Settings → Focus → Sleep and turn it off or delete the schedule. You can also check the Health app → Sleep → Full Schedule & Options and disable the sleep schedule if it’s turning on automatically. If Screen Time is controlling it, go to Settings → Screen Time → Downtime and turn it off.

On an iPhone, go to Settings, tap Focus, then select Sleep. Turn off the Sleep Focus or disable its schedule. You can also go to Health > Sleep to adjust bedtime settings. If Screen Time is enabled, ensure restrictions don’t override changes. Turning off Sleep mode allows notifications and normal device usage outside bedtime hours.
