Is there an Android version of AirTag?

I was looking for something like an AirTag but for Android devices. Does Android have its own version, or do AirTags work with Android phones? If not, what are the best alternatives available right now that offer similar tracking features for keys, wallets, or bags? Looking for something easy to set up and reliable.

I think it's worth mentioning that Samsung has their own version of AirTag-like tracking devices called SmartTags, which do work with Android devices. They provide a similar functionality to AirTags but are exclusive to Samsung devices. Another alternative is the Tile, a popular Bluetooth tracking device that works with a wide range of Android devices and offers additional features like item-specific tracking and voice assistant integration.

There isn’t an official Android version of Apple AirTag, but there are similar trackers like Tile, Samsung Galaxy SmartTag, and Chipolo that work with Android. These use Google’s Find My Device network or their own apps to help locate lost items, offering similar functionality even though they aren’t identical to AirTag

Yes, Android devices don’t use Apple AirTags, but they can use trackers compatible with Android like Samsung Galaxy SmartTag or Tile Mate. These work with Android phones to help you locate keys, bags, or other items. Choose one that fits your phone and needs, and install its official app for tracking features.

No, there isn’t a direct Android version of Apple AirTag. AirTags are designed mainly for Apple devices and don’t fully work with Android. However, Android has similar trackers like Samsung Galaxy SmartTag and Tile Mate, which offer similar item-tracking features using Bluetooth or Google’s network.

Yes, Android does have alternatives to Apple’s AirTag. Popular options include Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 for Samsung users, Tile Pro for cross-platform use, and newer trackers that work with Google Find My Device. While they offer similar item-tracking features, Android options are spread across different ecosystems, so the experience isn’t as unified as Apple’s.
