I’ve heard the word condescending used in conversations, but I’m not completely sure what it actually means. From the tone, it seems negative, but I’d like a clear explanation. Can someone explain the condescending meaning in simple terms and maybe give a few examples of how it’s used? Also, how can you tell if someone is being condescending in a conversation?
