I recently came across something called Hoverwatch and I’m not exactly sure what it does. From what I’ve seen, it looks like some kind of phone tracking or monitoring app. Can someone explain what Hoverwatch is used for and how it actually works? Also, is it safe and legal to use, especially for personal or parental purposes? I’d appreciate any honest opinions or experiences before trying it out.
