I’m trying to figure out if an iPhone can share location with Android devices in real time. My family uses different phones, and we’d like to track each other for safety purposes. Is there a built-in way to do this, or do we need a third-party app? If anyone has experience setting this up, please share the easiest method.

Yes, an iPhone can share its location with an Android device. While Find My only works within Apple devices, you can use Google Maps to share real-time location. Open Google Maps on the iPhone, tap your profile, select Location sharing, choose the duration, and send the link to the Android user.

Yes, an iPhone can share its location with an Android device. While Apple’s Find My app works best between iPhones, you can share location using apps like Google Maps, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. Simply enable location sharing in the app, choose the contact, and send your live location link.
