How do I delete Snap story after posting it?

I accidentally posted something on my Snap story and now I want to remove it quickly. I’m not sure where the delete option is or if it’s even possible after it’s been posted. Can someone guide me on how do I delete Snap story step by step? Also, will it disappear instantly for everyone who can view it, or can people still see it somehow? Any help would be appreciated.

To delete a Snapchat Story, open Snapchat and go to your profile, then tap My Story. Open the snap you want to remove, tap the three dots (⋮), and select Delete. The story will be removed immediately.

To delete a Snap Story after posting, open Snapchat and tap your profile icon. Go to “My Story” and select the Snap you want to remove. Tap the three dots (or press and hold the Snap), then choose “Delete” and confirm. The Snap will be removed immediately, and your friends will no longer be able to view it in your story.

1. Open Snapchat and tap your profile/avatar.
2. Go to My Stories.
3. Tap the three dots next to the story you want to delete.

Hey, no stress it happens just open Snapchat, go to your Story, tap the snap you posted, hit the three dots and select delete. It disappears right away, but anyone who already viewed or screenshot it might still have seen it.
