How to Set Up Parental Filter iPhone for Better Child Safety?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to enable a parental filter iPhone setup for my child’s device but I’m not sure where to start. I want to block inappropriate websites, restrict certain apps, and manage screen time properly. Are the built-in iPhone settings enough, or should I use a third-party app? If anyone has step-by-step guidance or tips to make the parental filter more effective, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks!

To set up parental filters on an iPhone, open Settings and tap Screen Time. Select Turn On Screen Time, then choose This is My Child’s iPhone. Create a Screen Time passcode. Set Downtime to limit usage hours, App Limits to control specific apps, and enable Content & Privacy Restrictions to block inappropriate content, purchases, and websites for safer use.

To set up parental filters on an iPhone, go to Settings > Screen Time and tap “Turn On Screen Time.” Choose “This is My Child’s iPhone.” Set a passcode, then use Content & Privacy Restrictions to block apps, limit websites, filter explicit content, and manage purchases. You can also set app time limits and downtime for better safety.
