How to Turn off Safari on iPhone?

I’m trying to figure out how to turn off Safari on iPhone, either temporarily or completely. Is there a way to disable it using Screen Time or restrictions? I’d like to limit access to the browser for certain reasons, but I’m not sure where the setting is located. Can someone guide me through the steps to turn it off properly?

You can’t completely delete Safari from your iPhone, but you can disable it using Screen Time:
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Screen Time.
  3. Select Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  4. Tap Allowed Apps & Features.
  5. Turn off Safari.

You can’t fully turn off Safari, but you can disable it. Go to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Allowed Apps, then toggle Safari off.

This hides Safari from your Home Screen and prevents its use.

You can’t completely delete Safari on an iPhone, but you can disable it. Go to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Allowed Apps (or Allowed Apps & Features) and toggle off Safari. The app icon will disappear from the Home Screen. You can turn it back on anytime by re-enabling it in the same menu.
