I keep seeing NSFW on my teen’s social media and messages. I want to understand what it means so I can explain it safely to my child and ensure they’re not exposed to inappropriate content. Can anyone clarify the NSFW meaning for parents?

NSFW means Not Safe For Work. It’s used to warn that content may be inappropriate or not suitable to view in public places, school, or around others.
