Hi everyone, I’m trying to figure out how do you block apps on an iPhone so my child can’t access certain games and social media apps. I’ve heard about Screen Time restrictions, but I’m not sure how to set everything up correctly. Can someone explain the best method to block specific apps or prevent new ones from being installed? I’d appreciate simple steps or tips that have worked for you. Thanks!

To block apps on an iPhone easily, go to Settings > Screen Time > Always Allowed and select the apps you want to allow. Alternatively, you can use Screen Time's Downtime feature to block apps during certain hours. You can also use third-party apps like Freedom or SelfControl to block distracting apps across all your devices.
